To make sure our leaflets are clear and easy to understand and tell you what you need to know.

When:

Various times throughout the year. No Panel member will be required to proof read more than two documents in any calendar month, and no more than 16 documents on an annual basis.

How:

We will send you a draft leaflet before it goes to print for you to review and give us your views.
