When:

Quarterly. Dates are published on our website www.guinnesspartnership.com, in your Neighbourhood Agreement (if you have one) and in ‘Our Voice’ residents’ magazine in March each year.

How:

You will join the Guinness South team (including your Neighbourhood Officer and local surveyor) to walk your estate to check how well we are looking after it. If you have mobility issues, you can contact your Neighbourhood Officer and they will contact you to get your feedback. An inspection usually takes around 30 minutes, depending on the size of the estate.
