We recognise that the number of older people in our society is going to grow considerably in the future, as life expectancy increases and we live longer, healthier lives.

We offer a range of housing options for people of retirement age, including:

• Supported housing – residents have their own self-contained homes but are able to call on the support of a warden when they need extra assistance. Residents may also receive community-based services such as health care
  
• Extra care housing – residents can receive as much care and support as they need, from assisted bathing to home-cooked meals and community activities. Many of our new extra care developments include hairdressing salons, laundry services and fully assisted bathrooms. They also have secure garden areas, where residents can relax in a safe environment
