We are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday you will speak to the Repairs Desk Team and outside this time and on bank holidays you will speak to our out of hours provider, SitexOrbis.

How will my emergency repair be fixed?
Our contractor will attend to make safe the repair within 24 hours. You may not be offered a precise time slot, as the contractor will need to fit this in between their normal work. This means that you or someone over the age of 18 must be ready to stay in the property for up to 24 hours to allow the contractor in.
When you report a repair it helps us if you tell us:
- Your name
- Your full address including postcode
- Your phone number
- What the repair is (for example plumbing, electrical) and where exactly the fault is
- You will be given a reference number for the repair which you should note, and use it if you make any further enquiries about the repair
