This is a quick and easy system of reporting repairs that helps us diagnose your problem straight away.
Types of repairs
Once you have reported your repair we will decide if it is:
Urgent (for example, partial loss of power/light, a minor leak, toilet not flushing where you have another WC in the property) - our contractor will attend with 7 days; or
Routine (for example, loss of TV signal, damage to cupboards/drawers, replacement of bath panels or fences) - our contractor will attend with 28 days.
In each case our contractor will telephone you to make an appointment.
