Our contractors are a valuable part of our business. Guinness South work with two main contractors, Axis Europe and Willmott Dixon Partnership, who deliver our day to day and empty homes repairs. We know that when a contractor goes into your home they are the face of Guinness South. We have to be certain that we are working with people we trust and that share our ethos.

We work with contractors who are keen to help us improve the service we deliver and share our aims to help residents reach their full potential.

We monitor the performance of our contractors and check the quality of their work and the way they behave. We give them a code of conduct so they know what we expect from them. We have also outlined what we expect from you when dealing with contractors.
