We are looking for:

Land with at least an outline planning permission for residential use
Large properties that have an outline planning permission to convert into flats or houses with 10 or more homes
Land in urban areas for 15 homes or more
Land in rural areas for 5 homes or more

We are looking for:

Land with zoning for residential use in the Local Development Plan
Large properties that will convert into flats or houses for 20 homes or more
Land in urban areas that have the capacity for 40 homes or more
Land in rural areas on the edge of settlements, where the site borders onto existing residential property - potentially designated as greenbelt at present
