We manage 195 homes in Mendip which is made up of the following types of property:

The average weekly General Needs rent was £71.82 and included within this:

  • The average rent for a 1 bedroom property was £56.41
  • The average rent for a 2 bedroom property was £68.85
  • The average rent for a 3 bedroom property was £73.75

Decent Homes Standard
The Housing Corporation has set the Decent Homes Standard that all rental properties must meet by the end of 2010. Across The Guinness Partnership excellent progress is being made towards meeting this and plans are in place to complete the work by the deadline.

In Mendip 100% of properties meet the Decent Homes Standard.
