The Guinness Partnership has a long and distinguished track record in carrying out new development work. Recent schemes in our portfolio include:



Bourne Mews

Bourne Mews was completed in September 2007 in partnership with Osborne Homes and funded by Tandridge District Council and The Housing Corporation.


Broadclose, Cornwall

Broadclose is an exciting new development on the outskirts of Bude, Cornwall. The Guinness Trust is providing 57 homes out of a total of 173 in partnership with North Cornwall District Council, Midas Homes and Westcountry Housing Association.


Broughton, Milton Keynes

Pepper-potted through a multi-developer site, Guinness Midsummer has developed 112 new houses and apartments for rental and shared ownership.


Clapton Community Housing Trust, Hackney

Clapton Community Housing Trust is based in Hackney, East London. Since 1999 CCHT has modernised more than 900 homes and built 115 new houses and flats, plus a further 70 for sale.


Embankment, Wellingborough

Revitalising brownfield land, Guinness Midsummer has built 87 homes on the former Crest Packaging factory site.


Freshfield Road Brighton

Freshfield Road, Brighton comprises 22 units of affordable housing with a community facility to be managed by a recently set up community management association.


Heron House, Beford

In the centre of Bedford, Guinness Midsummer is refurbishing Heron House to provide a total of 23 studio, one and two-bed apartments, for rental and shared ownership.


March House, Brighton

Part of the City Park mixed use development which includes prestigious offices, apartments for sale and a planned crèche. Nicely located next to the Brighton & Hove Greyhound Stadium and Hove Park.


Naish Court, London

The transfer of 238 properties at Naish Court, London in February 2001 was part of a £20million deal agreed with Islington Council and the residents to rebuild and regenerate the estate. This highly successful scheme included the first outright sale units for Guinness Developments Ltd.


Pottery Quay, Plymouth

The Trust is working in partnership with Westcountry Housing Association and have jointly contracted with Midas Homes Ltd. to a value of approximately £10m to provide a mix of rented and shared ownership affordable housing, comprising over 100 homes, both flats and houses
