This scheme forms part of the City Park mixed use development which includes prestigious offices, apartments for sale and a planned crèche. Nicely located next to the Brighton & Hove Greyhound Stadium and Hove Park.

Completed in June 2004 and funded with social housing grant of £1,375,000 from Brighton and Hove City Council.

Sculpture by Sussex based artist Walter Bailey installed October 2004 following consultation with the March House residents. Sculpture was funded by a planning authority 'percent for art' scheme whereby the developer contributes a percentage of development costs towards installing a work of art.
