Performance

Performance is very important to our organisation - our strategic plan calls for year on year improvements and we set ourselves ambitious targets in all areas of the business. We monitor how we are doing regularly and each year we publish our performance in the annual report.

Performance Information
This performance information is taken from our annual report and shows how our services were delivered and something about the people we house. Other information is available in the public domain including;

Business Plans

We have a Partnership-wide strategic plan that explains what we are planning to do over the next five years. It focuses on our four strategic objectives and how we are going to meet them.
