Getting Involved in Shaping our Policies

The Guinness Partnership is in the process of developing Partnership wide policies to ensure that our customers are receiving a consistent and excellent service. Part of the process of developing our policies is gathering customer feedback. One of the ways this can be done is by surveys. The electronic surveys available currently are listed below:
