Regulation
The Regulator for Social Housing (RSH) and the Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulate us. We have the highest governance rating (G1) and a V2 rating from the RSH.
We’re subject to the Charities Act 2011, including the obligation to prove that our aims are for public benefit.
Our Board is satisfied that we create social and financial opportunities to benefit our customers and those in their neighbourhoods.
This is through the provision of affordable housing, care and support services, and investment in our communities.
The Housing Ombudsman – New Complaint Handling Code
The Housing Ombudsman Service has published a new Complaint Handling Code which which we will now assess against annually. This provides a framework for effective complaint handling and greater consistency across landlord’s complaint procedures.
