We’re a customer service organisation. What matters to us is providing amazing customer service; making Guinness a brilliant place to work and creating new homes.

What we do

We build and manage homes and housing services for around 140,000 customers. Of our circa 64,000 homes, more than 70% are let at a social or affordable rent, while around 10,000 are owned or part-owned by the people who live in them.

We also provide homes for older people and a range of care services, including care at home and extra care, supported and retirement living. We deliver over 8,000 hours of care each week.

Investing in our homes and your communities

Our social purpose means that any profit we make is re-invested in new and existing homes, improving services for our customers.

We’re committed to carrying out our business sustainably, ethically and responsibly. Our mission to provide high quality, affordable housing will always be at the heart of what we do.

But we believe our social mission and responsibility extend beyond that, and includes investing in activities that support our communities and provide opportunities for our customers to improve their lives; and working with our partners to reduce our impact on the environment.
