To help address the shortage of affordable housing in London we’re looking to develop additional homes on our estate at Fulham Palace Road in Hammersmith.

As a Registered Provider, we are committed to building new homes and making the very best use of our existing estates. One of the areas that we are in the very early stages of exploring as a potential place for new homes is the Fulham Palace Road estate.

London needs to build at least 50,000 new homes per year to sustain a population that’s set to grow to ten million by 2036. We see this as an opportunity to improve the environment and quality of life for all our residents.

Involving our residents

To help us make the right decisions, we’re working with Newman Francis, an independent organisation that can help us engage with the local community and understand what our customers need most. They have lots of experience in helping communities get involved in these kinds of decisions to make the most of the opportunities that this kind of development offers.

We’re really keen to hear our residents’ views on the proposals and to answer any questions – so feel free to let us know your thoughts below.
