Your health

Looking after your physical and mental health during tough times is hugely important. There are many ways you can do this.

I have symptoms of coronavirus or have tested positive. What should I do?

If you have symptoms of Coronavirus – which include a high temperature and a new persistent cough – you should self-isolate immediately to reduce the risk of spreading it further. Take a look at the latest advice on the NHS website on what to do and how long you should self-quarantine.
