At August Fields our Travel Plan promotes sustainable travel choices for residents.
The first homes were completed and sold in February 2022. The development is proving very popular and 98% of the homes released to date, have been reserved or sold. In the summer of 2022 we were delighted to have received the First Time Buyer Award for our homes at August Fields.
