The external envelope has been built using a Ibstock New Ivanhoe Cream brick which really compliments the structure of the building. The first-floor apartments are built as duplexes and have balconies overlooking the canal.
The scheme is situated just off the Oldham Road and is minutes from Manchester City Centre, which can be accessed either by bus or tram.
