The 14 new homes were built on land that sat derelict for years. The two-bed houses and flats are spacious with parking, gardens and bicycle storage.

We designed each home to the Lifetime Homes standards. The comfort and convenience of the homes support the changing needs of our residents at each stage of their lives.

Emma Mucklestone lives at the new development with her partner and two children. She said:

“We absolutely love our new home, we love our neighbours and get on so well.”

The final project cost over £2 million to deliver. Jon Milburn, Guinness’s Director of Development said, “The country is facing a severe shortage of new affordable homes. We’re pleased to invest in these new homes in Horsham. I’d like to thank the HCA and Horsham District Council for their financial support for this project.”
