If you are a current tenant with The Guinness Partnership and are looking to transfer to a new home, you can see what is being advertised through your MyGuinness account and by selecting the YourChoice option. We update this website at 10am every Tuesday and Friday.
In the majority of transfer cases, customers must have a clear rent account and must pay two weeks’ rent in advance on their new home before they move. Only in exceptional circumstances would we allow a customer to transfer to another Guinness home if there are arrears on their rent account.

If you’re not currently a Guinness tenant and you’re not enquiring about a Manchester Move application, but you’re interested in applying for a home with Guinness, you need to register directly with the local authority or check out our available now homes on Zoopla.
Tenancy Management Team


The tenancy management team handle the mutual exchange/ swap process. It is free for Guinness residents to register for mutual exchange websites such as Home Swapper and House Exchange.
