  • Living in your home

    We want you to feel comfortable in your home and make it your own. There are a few things we ask you to do to keep your home in good condition.

  • Home improvements

    Although you have a legal obligation to decorate and make simple repairs, you won't need our permission for these. However you will for anything more complicated.

  • Aids and adaptations

    We want to help tenants and members of their household live independently and safely in their home. Aids and adaptations are reasonable adjustments to a person’s home that make it safer and easier to live in.

  • Subletting (sub-tenants) and lodgers

    You may be able to take in a lodger, or sublet part of your home, if it's allowed in your tenancy agreement, but you must first get our written permission.

  • Running a business from home

    We’re happy for you to work or run your own business from home. Find out more about which businesses you can run.

  • Change in circumstance

    At some point in your time living with us, you might need to let us know about a change in your circumstances.
