What is Guinness Hub?

The Guinness Hub is a free online communication platform that allows us to broadcast messages and updates to you and gives you a virtual space to chat to your neighbours.

It’s accessed via an App on smart devices and is available on the App Store and Google Play Store.

We’re trialling the app in four of our estates across Guinness; Pages Walk in London, Iveagh House (SW9) in London, Castle Court in Sheffield and India House in Manchester. The trial will run for 6 months.

What can I do on the app?


  • Find out the latest information about your local estate, such as updates on repairs and maintenance work in your communal areas, and updates from your Customer Liaison Officer;
  • Quickly access Live Chat, your MyGuinness account and log anti-social behaviour;
  • Keep up to date with the latest news from across Guinness on the Guinness News feed and;
  • Join and set up chat groups to connect with your neighbours on topics of your choice such as sharing recipe ideas, TV, movie or book recommendations, upcycling tips or ideas for ways to help in the community.

What happens after the trial?

This trial is all about finding out what you think works on the app and what doesn’t, and whether there’s a need for this type of platform at Guinness.

So, we’ll be asking for feedback from all our app users at the end of the trial. Your feedback will then be used to determine how we take this forward. This is a brilliant opportunity for you to have your say and feed into our future digital designs.

How can I start using the app?

The Guinness Hub app is available to download for free on the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.

The app is available to all residents, over the age of 16, living in one of the following estates:

  • Pages Walk in London,
  • Iveagh House (SW9) in London,
  • Castle Court in Sheffield, and
  • India House in Manchester.

Access isn’t limited to the main tenant, so each member of the household (over 16) can download and use the app, join the groups that they’re interested in and receive our updates.
