Appointments affected by the severe weather

17 February 2022

Severe weather warnings have been issued for the UK including two rare red weather warnings - the most extreme warning - for parts of south-west England.

The Met Office has advised that the storm will create dangerous travelling conditions and presents a risk of harm to people and damage to property.

Given the extreme weather, we will only be attending emergency appointments on Friday 18 February.

If you have an appointment booked for Friday 18 February unless it is an emergency repair it will be rescheduled, and we will contact you to agree a convenient date and time.

If you don’t want to wait for us to contact you and you have a MyGuinness account you can log on and change your appointment to another time that is convenient to you.

Please continue to report repairs to us through MyGuinness or by phoning us on 0303 123 1890. We expect high call volumes on Friday and over the weekend due to the storm so if your repair is not an emergency you may prefer to use MyGuinness to let us know about it.
