Booking and managing your repairs through your MyGuinness account is now available again AND even easier than before, with the launch of improved functionality, enabling you to book, reschedule and cancel appointments.
We know that things change and sometimes you need the flexibility to be able to change your repairs appointment with us, so you can now do this with a click of a button rather than phoning us.
If you need to book, view, reschedule or cancel a non-urgent repairs appointment you can now do this through your MyGuinness account online.
Before booking, check which repairs we are responsible for and make sure that you’ll be available for the date and time you book. And remember, if things change, you can pop back onto your account to amend or cancel the appointment.
Please continue to phone us on 0303 123 1890 for any emergency repairs. And if you need to book a heating or hot water repair you can call our contractors directly.
