Bringing our first affordable homes to Leaside Lock
31 March 2021
We’ve recently launched the sale of the first homes available for Shared Ownership at our new Leaside Lock development in Bromley-by-Bow, East London.
The Leaside Lock scheme will eventually see the creation of over 900 new homes, and is part of one of the most important regeneration schemes in East London, since the Olympics. As more properties are built, we’ll also be offering Help to Buy and Open Market sale homes on the site.
The homes at Leaside Lock have been designed with sustainability in mind, with photovoltaic panels providing affordable and sustainable energy for communal areas, which alongside the combined heat and power system, enables increased energy efficiency and reduced monthly outgoings.
James Chatt-Collins, Head of Marketing & Sales for Guinness Homes, said: “We’re excited to release the first phase of Leaside Lock, especially as this is part of a significant regeneration project for the area of Bromley-by-Bow, where we are bringing 900 new homes to the local area.”
Applications for the first 12 apartments have now closed but you can still register your interest for future sales.
