Our year-long housing and dementia pilot project is one way we’re working to become a dementia-friendly organisation. But there are lots of services that we can’t provide.

Dementia Connect

The Alzheimer’s Society has launched a new, improved dementia services directory for anyone affected by dementia. To use Dementia Connect just enter your postcode to find information on local support services including:

• activities and social groups
• wellbeing groups
• advocacy
• transport and home help
• support in the community
• information and advice.
