Direct Debit error
through All Pay

Some customers may have recently received a letter from All Pay regarding an issue with their Direct Debit payments.

Close up of hands shopping onlineSome customers’ Direct Debits were accidentally processed by All Pay twice. All Pay issued a refund to affected customers to make sure they weren’t overcharged. However the duplicated payments were automatically cancelled by the bank, which means that no money was taken from customers’ accounts at all.

All Pay has apologised for the issue and asked that affected customers contact Guinness on 0303 123 1890 to make a one-off payment.

All other future Direct Debit payments will continue as normal.
