And this year’s customer satisfaction survey has shown that:

  • 93% of customers are satisfied with our service
  • 90% would endorse us to a friend or family member
  • 95% feel they receive a caring service and feel safe
  • 96% believe that our care staff think about their privacy and dignity.
  • We’re proud of all our staff, who work tirelessly to make sure our customers get the best care and support.

Acting on feedback

Our customers told us they want more of a say in how our services are run. So we’re looking at how we can involve them in even more of our decision-making. We’ll also use this feedback to plan our local service improvements.
