The HANA (Housing Association National Accountancy) Awards recognise and celebrate the most pioneering and innovative finance teams and individuals in the social housing sector.

Some of our team’s achievements include:

• Reducing the cost of annual service charge reviews for 10,000 leasehold customers through improved processes
• Developing a culture of continuous improvement
• Exceeding their performance targets across many areas
• Resolving 97% of customer and supplier queries within their 24 hour service level agreement.

The winners will be announced at a ceremony this month at the Royal Lancaster London Hotel. This nomination follows the recent award wins and nomination success of other Guinness staff from around the business.
