Craig Beach, a member of our Guinness Property team has been awarded with the national accolade ‘Operational Employee of the Year’.
The honour was given earlier this month, at the Direct Works Forum (DWF) Awards in Coventry, West Midlands.
Craig was recognised with the award for going above and beyond in his role as driver/labourer, working with his team to introduce new cost-saving processes and recommendations.
Martin Hilditch, Deputy Editor of Inside Housing, presented the awards, which take place annually and celebrate exceptional skill and commitment in the sector.
Craig attended the ceremony with his wife, Billy Park, Head of Major Projects and Rich Turner, Planned Works Manager.
Rich said: “Craig thoroughly deserved this award and all the accolades that went with it. He has worked tirelessly over the last year, and his achievements have now secured him a team leader role. Well done Craig!”
