We recently celebrated the dedication, passion and achievements of Guinness staff at our annual employee Star Awards. The Awards gives us a chance to recognise the outstanding work that our employees do every day to provide a great service for our customers.
This year we had some exceptional winners and we’re really excited to see some of their stories make the news in their local communities.
Our Apprentice of the Year Francis Ngawoofah had a great piece written about him on the Oldham Evening Chronicle website. Francis is in the first year of his electrical apprenticeship with Guinness Property and is really shining brightly in his role.
Carer of the Year winner Sarah Packer, who works at our Okehampton Extra Care scheme, Castle Ham Lodge, was front page news in the Tavistock Times Gazette.
We’re really proud of our stars and the work they’ve done for Guinness and our customers. A big congratulations to Sarah and Francis on their award wins!
