MyGuinness, the online account for all Guinness customers, is celebrating reaching 10,000 users - just two months after we launched our online repair appointment booking service.

What is MyGuinness?

MyGuinness is an online service for Guinness customers that allows them to:

  • check rent account or service charge balance
  • book a repair appointment
  • request a parking permit
  • request a payment card
  • report a noise or animal nuisance, fly-tipping graffiti or an abandoned vehicle.

Customers can access this service anywhere, from any device, 24 hours a day.
