Sarah Thomas to leave Guinness to join Catalyst Housing Group

Sarah Thomas, our Executive Director of Customer Services, will be leaving Guinness later this year to join Catalyst Housing Group as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Sarah joined Guinness in January 2016.  She has led the Customer Services teams at Guinness.  She shaped our customer experience and channel strategies, and has changed the way we deliver services to our customers.  Her time at Guinness has seen, amongst other things, the launch of our MyGuinness online services and the introduction of the new mobile Customer Liaison Service, providing local, face-to-face housing services.

Sarah said: ‘I feel really privileged to have been part of Guinness and everything we have delivered over the past three years. Guinness is a great organisation which puts customers first. I feel proud and fulfilled to have been on the leadership team led by Catriona Simons, Chief Executive, and I’m sure this well-run organisation will continue to lead the way on customer service, providing more affordable homes and being a great place for people to work and grow.

Catriona said: ‘Sarah has made a huge contribution to Guinness during her three years with us. Our Strategy is all about being a customer service organisation, and she has played a key role in bringing that to life and making sure that we are an organisation that really engages with and listens to our customers. We will miss her energy, passion and commitment.’
