We’re pleased to announce that our home ownership team has just won the ‘Best Managed Scheme’ at the National Leasehold Conference for our work at Grand Regent Tower in London.
We were up against some strong competition, but the judges praised our excellent management and ability to go above and beyond. Head of Leasehold, Rachel Darling, was on hand to receive the award.
Grand Regent Tower, in our Suttons Wharf development, was completed in June 2014 and the 81 apartments have been sold on the open market to generate surplus and reinvest in the homes and services we provide.
The team has worked hard to make Grand Regent Tower a great place to live as well as using incentives to encourage owner occupiers.
