Tender for MEP Engineer Services framework

We’re committed to providing as many high-quality homes as possible and to playing our part in tackling the country’s housing crisis. By March 2024, we aim to complete 5,500 new homes; 5,000 of which will be affordable.

We’re looking for consultants that share our core values and can help us deliver a significant programme of new build schemes across the country, over the next four years. The framework for MEP Engineer Services is split into three regional areas, with up to three different suppliers appointed for each area. Out of the 36 schemes, approximately:

• • 50% are based in London, the South and the South East
• • 30% are based in the North
• • 20% are based in the South West
