If you have an emergency repair please call us straight away on 0303 123 1890 and we’ll deal with the repair within 24 hours. Please don’t log emergency repairs on web forms or other channels as we can’t respond immediately. Our phone lines are open for emergency repairs 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
For non-emergency repairs we recommend you use your MyGuinness account, our web forms or our other contact channels as these are monitored 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday.
It's 125 years since we were set up in 1890 by Sir Edward Guinness to provide homes for people who need them most. To celebrate we have launched an interactive microsite exploring our history.
The website – www.history.guinnesspartnership.com – explores the stories and memories from people who have lived and worked at Guinness and the history of our work across England.
It features photos, videos and documents throughout our history from the first estate in Victorian London right up to the latest developments being built today.
What can you find on the site?
This is the first time Guinness’s archives have been made available: early newspaper cuttings, photographs and the first hand-written financial accounts are on show, alongside reports from the Second World War and interviews with customers and staff.
Discover the history of our communities, search through our archived photos or explore the map to find your local Guinness estates.
