Earlier this month, we came together with local councillors, tenants and housing professionals to celebrate the official completion of our latest homes in Topsham, Exeter.
The ten brand new homes – two- and three-bedroom – on the Seabrook Orchards estate were developed by Bloor Homes. Six are for social rent and four are for shared ownership.
Our Director of Investment and Regeneration, Allan Ramsay said:
“We’re thrilled to be able to offer brand new homes to the people of Topsham in a community that has so much to offer. Seabrook Orchards is a fantastic development and we’re grateful to both Bloor Homes and Exeter City Council for their ongoing support.”
Councillor Rachel Sutton said: “One of Exeter City Council’s key priorities is to provide a place where everyone has access to a decent and affordable home. It’s fantastic to work with The Guinness Partnership who are turning this into reality at Seabrook Orchards.
“The delivery of these new homes is crucial to supporting our community, with each affordable home making a huge difference to an individual household or young family.”
One of our new customers is Alex Speed. She moved in earlier this year with her children, eight-month-old Edward and four-year-old Mila. Alex said:
“I’m absolutely delighted with my new home.”
