Work to begin at our McArthurs Yard development

Providing 142 new homes

This significant harbourside site in Bristol’s historic docks is one of a few areas to remain undeveloped in this part of Bristol, and when completed the scheme will provide 142 new-build homes for social rent, shared ownership and market sale, as well as commercial space on the ground floor.

This development, which brings a long-derelict site back into use, will provide much needed, high-quality homes, and is part of our long-term commitment to building new homes and creating communities in Bristol, and across the country.
