Guinness really is a great place to work. They take a genuine interest in your career goals and give you the support and training to succeed. ”
I wanted to work at Guinness because they’re heading in a new direction and I wanted to be a part of that journey. I’m currently working on the new corporate identity, which is a really exciting project to be involved in.
No day is the same at Guinness and my job allows me to work on many different projects and meet colleagues from across the business. My role is challenging, but it makes it all the more rewarding.
I work in the communications team where the working environment is fun, friendly and relaxed. The people I work with are positive and lively and we have regular team lunches and social catch-ups in the evening, which is really important as it builds a great working relationship in the team.
What makes you stay at Guinness?
