Purpose and lawful basis
We provide a number of forms on our website to make it easy for you to contact us.
When you use these forms the information will be sent to the relevant teams so they can then take the appropriate action.
The details we collect from you in the following forms will be used under Article 6 (1) (b) of the UK GDPR as it will be necessary for managing your contract (Tenancy Agreement) with us:

We will also use consent as a lawful basis (Article 6 (1) (a)) on our Media Consent Form.
Why we need to use it?
Each of our forms are designed with you in mind and will only collect information required in order to process your request promptly. The more information you give us the easier it will be for us to answer your enquiries.
How long we keep it?
Information provided through the use of our webforms will be stored with our web form providers for 2 years.
Once passed to the relevant team they will be managed in accordance with that relevant retention period.
Your Rights
You have the right to access your personal data held in your application file by us. (Access)
You also have the right to have inaccurate data corrected and incomplete data completed. (Rectification)
You have the right to request information to be deleted. (Erasure)
You have the right to request us to pause the use of your data only if you have contested the accuracy whilst we verify your application or to stop its deletion in the case of a legal claim. (Restriction)
You have the right to object to the processing that is for a task carried out in our and your legitimate interests. (Object)
You have the right to receive, or have transferred to another organisation, information you have provided to us in a re-usable electronic format. (Data Portability)
Where you have provided consent you have the right to withdraw this at any time. (Consent).

Our web forms are provided by two different providers.

International transfers
All information through this process is held within the EU in accordance with Data Protection law.
