for online services

By signing up for our online services you agree to accept and abide by the terms and conditions set out below.

These terms and conditions apply in full and if you don’t wish to be bound by them you shouldn’t subscribe to our online services. Please read them carefully and in full before signing up for a MyGuinness account. 

Our online services are operated by The Guinness Partnership Ltd, whose registered office address is 30 Brock Street, Regents Place, London NW1 3FG.

Accessing your account

You must complete the registration process by providing a valid name and address. Once registered you will be able to use our online services to access your rent and service charges accounts and make a payment using allpay.


You can only use the full online services if you log on with a valid username and password. Please don’t share your username or password with anyone else, including our customer service advisors. We will never ask you for them by phone, email or mail. Keep your details safe and don’t write them down. If you believe that your online password has been compromised without your permission, let us know by contacting us on 0303 123 1890 (Monday to Friday, 8am–8pm and Saturday, 9am-5pm) or you can reset your password online. We’ll assume that any activity within your account was completed by you unless you’ve told us that your account has been compromised.

Please use a personal device to log into your MyGuinness account. If you have to use a public computer, make sure that you don’t save your password or personal details. If prompted to save them, please choose ‘no’ and always make sure that you log off from your account when you’ve finished.

By continuing to use your MyGuinness account you’re confirming that you know and consent to these terms and conditions.

Disabling online accounts

We retain the right to disable access to any element of our online services without prior notification and without explaining the reasons. We retain the right to delete or remove online accounts where we believe they’ve been misused or unused for a period of time.

If we close or delete your online account, you can re-register at any time.

Data protection

What personal information will our online services collect?

As well as being able to access your rent and service charge information and pay your rent, you’ll be able to enter and update the following personal information on the portal:

  • mobile phone number
  • home telephone number
  • email address.

How will we use your information?

The information we ask for will be used to ensure what we hold is accurate and to help us manage your housing account. The following table provides examples of how the information will be used to meet these purposes.

All materials (including, without limitation, all designs, text, graphics and their selection and arrangement) relating to The Guinness Partnership are the copyright of The Guinness Partnership Ltd. No such material may be copied or reproduced in any form whatsoever, whether physical, electronic or otherwise, without our express, prior, written consent.

The Guinness Partnership Ltd expressly reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions from time to time by posting new terms and conditions on our website. We’ll make the latest version available at all times. Your use of this service and your access to it will be deemed an acceptance of these terms.
