Apprenticeships
Skills, experience and a nationally recognised qualification
Our apprenticeships are a great way to start your career. Combining learning with on-the-job training, you’ll gain a nationally recognised qualification and the skills and experience that you need to develop a rewarding career. Apprenticeships are open to anyone living in England who is over the age of 16 and not in full-time education. We offer three levels of apprenticeship: intermediate (one year), higher (18 months) and advanced (two years) with the full training costs covered.
Joining us as an apprentice, you’ll have regular one-to-one meetings with your line manager and we’ll give you full support. The range of national qualifications you can complete are dependent on your level, but include A-levels, GCSEs, foundation degrees and also specific technical certificates, such as AAT accountancy qualifications and BTEC national certifications.
On top of being paid a monthly wage, you’ll receive great employee benefits, including 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays and discounts on gyms and leisure centres. You’ll also have some exclusive apprentice benefits available too, including the apprentice Oyster Card, online coaching and mentoring service and an apprentice extra discount card.
