    How we engage with our customers is important. We want to build and sustain trusting and transparent relationships whilst recognising that one size does not fit all. This means providing diverse, inclusive, innovative and easy ways for our customers to share their voice, across all tenures, all ages, all cultures and all of our geographical areas. We will do more to involve our customers in the design of our services and homes, and increase the means by which you can do this in a way which suits you.
