The Tenant Scrutiny Panel was set up in early 2021 and comprises 12 residents from across the country. The Panel is responsible for reviewing and scrutinising our services and making recommendations to Guinness’s Board.
The Panel meets regularly to decide a topic area to review each quarter. The first service area the Panel decided to review was Complaints. The next service area the Panel has decided to review is Emergency Repairs.
