It is a sector-wide initiative focused on strengthening the relationship between residents and housing association landlords.
The charter sets out six commitments as to how Housing Associations should work with their tenants around the themes of:
- Voice and Influence
- When things go wrong
We have developed an action plan against these themes that focusses on driving forward a customer service culture, continuously improving customer facing processes, introducing innovative communication methods, and increasing opportunities for engagement to give customers a strong voice.
