We’re excited to be working with The Prince’s Trust to promote exciting Health and Social Care job opportunities available across England. It’s a FREE opportunity for young people aged 16 – 30 who are looking to start a new career in Health and Social Care. The Prince’s Trust work with over 150 Health and Social Care employers including the NHS – all of the Health and Social Care programmes have guaranteed job opportunity interviews.

How does The Prince’s Trust work?

The Prince’s Trust has a number of programmes available, these include ‘Get Into, Get Started and Mentoring’

Get Into:

The in-depth programme typically lasts from 4 – 6 weeks and will focus on increasing your chances of securing employment in the career paths available. It’s a combination of class-based learning and hands-on work placements.

Get Started:

Runs for 3-5 days and  includes sector awareness and CV/Application support and interview preparation. The programme is run in partnership with 1-5 employers with live job vacancies in Health and Social Care. You will be guaranteed an interview for real jobs on the last day of the programme.


Our mentoring programme offers young people the opportunity to receive 1-1 support from a Mentor. Our Mentors are usually experienced in the Health and Social Care Sector and support young people with all aspects of employability including searching for jobs, application support and interview preparation.
